We offer a 90-day return window, which means you have 90 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all components.
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt).
  • Returns must be requested and approved before sending any item back.

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our side.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide appropriate support, which may include covering return shipping or offering a replacement or refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos or additional information to assess the issue and provide a resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Returns are typically inspected within 5–7 business days after receipt.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
