We currently ship within the United States only. All shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Orders are processed through our U.S. fulfillment network and shipped using trusted national carriers. Shipping availability, processing times, and delivery estimates may vary slightly depending on destination, carrier performance, and order volume.

Shipping Options & Costs

Within the United States, we currently offer the following shipping options:

Free Standard Shipping — $0.00 USD on all orders
Insured Shipping + Priority Processing — $4.95 USD
Priority Express Shipping — $9.95 USD

Orders selecting Insured Shipping + Priority Processing or Priority Express Shipping are prioritized within our internal processing workflow and include shipping protection coverage where applicable.

Processing Time: 0–2 business days
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time refers to the time required to review, prepare, pack, and hand your order over to the shipping carrier. Delivery time begins once the package has been dispatched.

Insured Shipping + Priority Processing

  • Processing Time: 0–2 business days

Priority Express Shipping

  • Processing Time: 0–2 business days
  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 5–9 business days

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to shipping carrier issues, severe weather, holidays, high seasonal demand, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available. Please allow a short period for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within the United States.

We do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • Restricted or inaccessible areas where delivery service is unavailable

If we are unable to ship to the address provided, we will contact you using the information submitted at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at: support@physiocorelab.com

Please include your order number and, where applicable, any relevant photos of the damaged package or item. We will assist in reviewing the issue with the carrier and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address details submitted by the customer.

Shipping Protection

Orders placed using Insured Shipping + Priority Processing or Priority Express Shipping include shipping protection coverage as part of the selected shipping option. Coverage applies in accordance with our internal claims review and carrier investigation process.
